Descriptions: * ESD Rubber Mats are made of two layers with the top one as a static dissipative rubber layer, laminated to a black conductive bottom layer. * Surface resistivity of the top layer is 10⁸ – 10⁹ohms and bottom layer is 10⁵– 10⁶ ohms. * It offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and solvent. * Its temperature resistance to 160 degree, could be resistant to hot solder, while ESD vinyl mats are suitable for general electronics assembly whose temp resistance reach to 70degree around. * Normal size(roll): 1.0mx10mx2mm(T); 1.2mx10mx2mm(T). It can be purchased in square meters,according to your needs.
Features 1, Anti-static, widely used in electronic assembly, cleanroom, semiconductor production lines work table/floor 2, It is available in rolls or ESD work surface mat kits which include a ground snap and common point ground.
