Descriptions: * ESD Rubber Mats are made of two layers with the top one as a static dissipative rubber layer, laminated to a black conductive bottom layer. * Surface resistivity of the top layer is 10⁸ – 10⁹ohms and bottom layer is 10⁵– 10⁶ ohms. * It offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and solvent. * Its temperature resistance to 160 degree, could be resistant to hot solder, while ESD vinyl mats are suitable for general electronics assembly whose temp resistance reach to 70degree around. * Normal size(roll): 1.0mx10mx2mm(T); 1.2mx10mx2mm(T).
